Not returning the money

Hi,

I have a faced a very much bad experience with max NewYork Life Insuarance. I took a plan in which the executive offered me a discount of 10% (INR 4000).

He gave me INR 1000 at the time i took the policy some 5-6 months back. But he has not given me the rest of the money (INR 3000) yet. He is not even picking up my calls now.

They are such a big cheaters.
