Dear sir/mam,
I have a policy no:428192439 of Max new york life insurance in the name of my wife Mrs. Mamta shah. I was told that the policy issued will be a SIP (systematic investement plan) but the policy issued to me is a life insurance plan. I dont understand what kind of policy it is? I pay a pemium of rs 1999.95 per month by ECS Idbi bank account number 081104000026664.till now i have paid a premium of total rs 50, 000 approx but the present value shown in the statement which was sent for the first time to me is rs 25, 500 rs.
These people have not sent any documents related to policy previously.in my entire life i havent heard about such a plan in which u invest 10, 000 and you get 5, 000.While issuing this policy i was not informed of such a plan. These people are a complete fraud and cheaters.
i would be thankful if you look into the matter and my money is returned to me.
