I m having a policy 421229816 with max newyork and last year i forgot to pay the premium so i paid it after 6 months of due date so i was suppose to fill up the health decleration form which i filled on 30th april and i have paid the premium of rs 20000 with h d form. Now till date they have not allocated my fund and they are stating the reason that we have not received your h d form so your policy is lapsed... how can they accept my last premium with out my health decleration form? and after that day market has raised and they are not responding now.8cepa
