Flouting AMC features

We had a electrolux washing machine which wasn't running complete cycle and stopping midway. We had called MAXON for fixing it. MAXON technician Ranjith came and suggested that one circuit costing Rs. 1000 has to be replaced. Rs. 600 would be the cost of the labour, but if we take AMC for Rs 1200 it will be covered in that. So, they replaced one circuit and took Rs 2200 and started the AMC on 23/3/09. Two days later, we put a load on the machine and again it stopped midway. We called them for service - thereafter it started the pain for us - they kept saying coming but never came. Ultimately the owner (Bhagwandas Shetty, 9821717388) said that Ranjith went to his home (village) and once he comes back he'll come. Ranjith had presumably told them he's going for 2 days and came after a month. After almost a month, he said Ranjith has come back but even then he didn't visit. On repeated calling, two other people visited on the week of 18 - 22 May and took the part they had put in. Again, the same ordeal started. They have not yet come back with the part. For the entire Rs 2200 paid to them, we still haven't had anything. (Somnath Basu, 14/6, 11:43 AM)
