Booked Ticket on 31 7.Amount got debited from my account without booking ticket

I tried booking an Online ticket on 31/7. i tried two transaction worth rs 1400 (700 each time) for 5 tickets (Movie Madharasapatinam), but the ticket was not booked twice. My bank says, the transaction was successful and procided me two Paymet id s 000168104139 and 000168111811.

Could you please take necessary steps to return my money.
