Sir, I have a saving A/C of SBI, that no 20011226416, I faced some problem due to wrongly deduction of my money from my a/c. this is happen when I was doing reservation through net (e-ticket) on 14/01/09 at 6.30pm which was not completed at that time but the charges had deducted from my ATM cum Debitcard.

at the same I had made a complain to sbi tollfree no. (080-26599990) but they told if there is no reservation then the charges amount (Rs-1773) which was deducted will be refund within 24hr but that amount has not been returned yet in my a/c.

Therefore I send you this mail of complain so that i can get my money back.
