Delay in Provident Fund withdrawal

Dear Sir / Madam

I Mrs. Cheryl Rosario worked in MBBI edu. acad. Vevji, tal-Talasari. dist- Thane. MH

I left the job on 4th June and had applied for the provident fund withdrawal on 23rd september. My PF account number is MH/91785/6. I have not received the amount yet and no other details. When called to the PF office (02228692604) there is no response and it is being said that it is out of order.

Kindly look in to it and do the needful.
