Subject: Illegal construction of Basement and Third Floor w/o FAR at Shakarpur Vikas Marg
Sir,
The owner of U-182/A, Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, Delhi-11092 has already constructed basement w/o any FAR and now constructing third floor without any permission and has encroached the area by extending Chazza on third floor. He has covered the entire basement of about 225 sq yards. The said construction is in violation of the building bye laws.
Sir, it has also come to our notice that the said construction has been done without following any bylaws nor he has taken any kind of permission from the fire department/MCD before the construction of the said building's third floor with Chazza and 100% covering of basement.
In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction and misused of the said basement area till proper permissions are obtained from the competent authorities.
