Drain blockage

Dear Sir,

I, resident of C- 58, North Chajjupur (IndiraNikaten) ward no 90, North east Delhi have been facing this problem since Dipawali. The drain is completely clogged and in peak hours water flows on road in front of my house which produce dirty smell, mosquitoes and other insects. Every now and then the mcd personnel come to check water coolers and water tanks and even imposing fines but no attention is being paid to blocked drains.

Kindly look into the matter.
