Waste lying in the Service lane

I bring to kind knowledge that loose garbage lying in the service lane of our society namely U.F Apartments, Plot no.9, Sector-6, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 from long time. We had already requested concerned officials of MCD at Dwarka in writing for Dustbins. Till date no action has been taken. Due to which many health problems may arise. Hence I request your good self to do need full.
