Gutter blocked

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am senior citizen resident of H4/31 Bengali Colony, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi, I wish to bring to your kind notice that my backside house gutter is blocked from the last two days regarding this i had personally visit to our area manager, Due to this we are facing so much problem that we can't stand out of house, smelly and dirty water coming to our house, all pipes are blocked. You are requested to send someone worker to resolve this problem at the earliest.
