Lajpat nagar 2, illegal construction

Dear sir,

i am a resident of lajpat nagar 2 area, for a few day i have been noticing an illegal constructiön going on at f86 lajpat nagar 2, near shani mandir, the house is in the name of Mr. Ashok Grover, they are illegaly casting roof in shadow of construction going on at the residence next to them, at their 3rd roof. Please see to it.
