Just a humble request, pls vist Rohini Sector 16 Block E2 (Jain Bharti School Back Gate) and see the dumps or mountains of garbage collected. Whenever we request any sweeper to take away this garbage collected, they say this is not their duty. May I know " Whose duty is to collect all the garbage and dump it at a proper place.
Else, pls. dont waste the imp tax paied by the people on these irresponsible sweepers who just come collect money from people on different occasions, sit chit chat and leave...
