Delay in delivery of food item

Working in nearby Corporate we visited McDonalds to have lunch in Shoprix sec 61, Noida.

we ordered Mexican Chicken Wrap with some other food items, but these people took more then half hour.. more over when we denided to take it delivering boy didn't even bothered to ask us why we are not accepting it. he just left with Chicken Wrap and above all when we complained about it to the manager. he said "you can take your money back".
