We are the residents of Chhattarpur Enclave, Phase-II and would like to bring to your kind notice that there are some serious unauthorized constructions going on in our locality by different builders which has made the life of the residents miserable. Builders are constructing High rise buildings with many flats. They have already illegally completed the construction work of 4rd Floor and trying to start adding 5th floor, publicly making a mockary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to them to stop the unauthorized constructions but they have ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and they have not stopped the illegal constructions, rather inturn they started the construction of adding the 5th floor, thereby causing great threat to the safety of the neighbours as the building structures are also very weak.
Such unauthorised constructions/High rise buildings are very serious threat to the normal, peaceful and safe living of this residential area, It also infringed upon our right to air and light, already roads are very narrow and almost no space for parking and it is therefore requested that immediate action should be taken against them to stop the ongoing illegal constructions and to demolish the unauthorized structures that they have already built.
If these unauthorized constructions are not stopped immediately it will encourage other builders to follow the same practice.
Kindly take an urgent action on this issue, before the constructions are completed, so as to stop further activities on this and also set an example for other Builders.
