Sir,
on 11th August I has applied ONLINE for 3 copies of birth certificates of my daugher and had paid Rs 77/- for that. The amount had been deducted from my bank account, but I have not yet received the certificates. Regarding the same I have complained thrice to the internet section of BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Mumbai), but there is no response at all. I have all documentary proofs in support of my application and complains. Can I expect some practical help from you?
