I had invested rupees 1, 0, 5000 for a period of one year against retail industry plan of MCL angainst which they issued12 post dated cheques out of which four cheques are honoured and the fifth cheque dated 01/01 which has been dishonoured .what would be the fate of rest of the cheques issused in my favour.
