I submitted my Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Deep Discount Bond for redemption. The details of the bond is as below:-
Registered Folio No.- SN 514658, Cerificate No.- 541798, Distinctive No.- 541798 - 541798,
No. of Bonds - ONE.
The above duly discharged original bond along with the form of change of address and bank details, photocopy of PAN card and original canceled cheque of my bank account, as instructed by company in notice to individual bond holder, was couriered through Blue Dart Express and it was received in their office on 12-12.
I am sorry to inform you that I have not received the redemption payment due on 10-01 till now. I have sent emails dated 23-01 & reminder on 03-02 on [email protected]; but have not received any reply. I tried to talk over phone also but they are not picking up telephone calls also.
Now I am complaining you with the hope for help that my above redemption payment may kindly be made to me at the earliest.
Kindly take action immediately.
