I was travelling with my wife to Amritsar on 27th Feb'2009 by Chattisgarh Exp, train No. 8237, Coach No. S13, Seat No. 35 & 37. The train was delayed by One hour. After boarding the train we had the toughest of our time struggling to find our own confirmed seats. The coach had 8 sleeper arrangements. But since there were 9 bearths no one in the coach were able to find their seats. Moreover there were no proper demarcation of seat numbers. Everyone were struggling and fighting in the coach. We waited for three long hours for the TT to come but to our bad luck no one entered into the coach to check the tickets. There were daily service passengers also in the coach who had occupied the confirmed passenger seats.

The train halted to a station after Meerut where the passengers got down in seach of the TT to solve their issues. They found a TT who just ignored saying that he will come after checking the tickets of other berths. Everyone n the coach was surprised even after an hour the TT did not arrive. Finally everyone in the train had to make their own arrangements.

This is an absolute shame on such a big network of railways and if asked an opinion the TT of that train should be removed from his services. I hope railways charges the money for the services and not for troublling the passengers.

The whole night was a remarkable night mare.

Hope this grievance is taken care by the officials of Railways.
