I am myself sudhir pandhare sateted that my claim authorised by MD INDIA was Rs. 39100.00

my policy amount 150000 bonus

1) Asper rule of irda 1% on insurrance amount i can take room service i e 1500.00 my room charges was 1100.00 than also TPA deducted Rs. 100.00

2) Service charges hospital taken from by cash Rs.3459.00 saying that TPA not paying surcharg to us it is duty of TPA is pay all charges which is included for medical. In claim satement of Tpa mentioned that

amount paid by patient hence deducted.so this is not under the rule whatt TPA is doing.

3) Rs. 200/- deducted by tpa as non medical expense (Medical record charges)

I wuld like to inform you whatever exps. I have spent for my medical treatment that all expenses i must have to receive.
