Not received my registered post

Please help i have registered post from new zealand to ghaziabad (up)

the new zealand company says its been dispatched on 28 july to ghaziabad via singapore and reached and again dispatched to kolkatta on 31 july but from kolkatta there is no further info

there is no telephone no or website to track my shipment from there its been 20 days almost with no info what so ever

please please help as it contains medication and needed urgentely
