I would like to file a complaint against the Medical Store inside Guru Tegh Bahadur Charitable Hospital, Ludhiana. As per the prescription, I asked for medicine 'Otrinoz Nasal Saline Spray' but he gave me 'Otrivin Spray' and started making the bill. I checked the medicine and told him this is not the one I asked for, please give me Otrinoz. He rudely took the medicine and threw it at the back saying ' we do not give wrong medicine'. But the content of Otrivin is different from Otrinoz. And I was buying the medicine for an infant. I am educated and i checked the medicine. But what about the illiterate people? if the chemist is not going to inform them that they do not have the original medicine the person asked for, it might result into complications and on top of it, he was trying to justify that he gave the correct medicine.
Such chemists are a threat to the health of the poor illiterate people. Request quick against this person.
