Need of call conference facility free of rent basis

Sir,

I beg to state, that I (Harmohan singh) as a partner in the firm Mehta Ice Plant & Cold Storage, is using the airtel no.9872000101 since 2004.I am having a problem these days in using the connection. In my business, I ve to use call conference a lot. But the same is not being provided by ur company free of cost. As in my circle, there r my friends, who r already using this facility free of rent provided by ur company. Since i ve been requesting for the same facility for a long time, and it has not been provided, as a result of which i ve to shifted to IDEA Co.& there i ve been provided wid this conference facility free of cost basis. Due to which the usage of my this airtel no.has been reduced day by day. I dont want to leave this connection, but i ve to, if d conference facility not been provided to me.

So it is a request from my side, to provide d conference facility free of cost as quickly as possible.
