I have ordered the musical electronic keyboard synthesiser with mic through rediff.com my order no. 6189565

I have receiver it on 27th november.

but dear I have received it totally broken into many pieces.

The musical keyboard is not in the working condition & is totally broken into many pieces plz arrange to replace the same
