Dear Sir,
I Have An Account With Your Bank Since 2004.When I Started With Your Bank Your Officer Were Agree, That If We Send Our Document Directly To Consignee And Produce The Documents to Your Bank after Realization.
Sir, I Have Sent the Documents For Signing The Brc Which Realized (About 14 Documents)
Few Days Later I Called From Surat (Mr. Priyank Jani) That They Cannot Signed The Documents And They Need To Take Permission From Rbi And Ask Me To Give A Request Letter To Get Approvals From RBI. And Returned Me The Documents.
For Above Matter I Have Spoken To Mr. Abhijeet Also (To Issue Brc), He Replies The Same As Priyank Jani.
Sir, Then I Send The Documents With The Request Letter Dated 21/05/08.
At The End Of This Month Priyank Called Me That He Need Also
Those Documents Which Are Outstanding.
I Am Very Disappointed And Feel Embarrassing Due To Delay In Process And Irresponsible Work From Your Forex Department.
You Can Get The Same Reports From Other Exporter From Chikhli Who Have Had An Accounts With Your Bank (I.E. Beauty Fair Exports, Pooja Exports)

Sir, This Problem Aries From February And Till March Ending Have Reached On Invoice No 43. I Believe That Bank Should Give Prior Notice Before They Stop Us To Sending Documents Directly, And Issue Brc For All The Transactions Which I Have Made Up to Inv # 43. WOut Interfering The RBI.
