MISSBEHAVIOUR AT FLY SERVICE CENTER BY INCHARGE

I have purchased a fly mobile model no- E-300 last year on dated 22/11 from BRANDED FACTORY BANJARA HILLES HYDERABAD.

I have faced some problems in this mobile i.e. Mobile off at talking condition.

I have hand over this set to your service center at Accel frontline ltd, YMCA

Complex, SP road Secunderabad. On date 19/09. I have received this phone 27/09. Again I faced problems in display system and hand over phone to service center on 28/09.

I have received this phone 08/10 with problems charging is not happen.

Yesterday I went to your service center informing same things. But the behavior of your service center manager Mr. Prashant is not good at all.

Near about 20 days my person follow your service center person, they are not able to resolve the problems of phone and make a system to come in queue.

Sir deployed trained technician at service center to serve customer problems in time is company responsibility. Your manager has given me ill treatments and misbehave in his office and not attended my complains.

I am sending this mail to your intervention and will wait two days for your kinds reply. Otherwise I will go to print media/ consumer court.
