As per the Booking Contract we have booked the above Flat under EMI Scheme and as discussed in the Conract, Supertech has to pay the EMI's against Home Loan.
I has been two months since the money has been disbursed to you from the Bank alongwith booking amount and balance amount that I have paid but I haven't received the EMI as yet from your part which is quite annoying.
