Dear Sir / Madam,

Under the instructions of Mr. Vijay Agarwal R/o 93/B-26, Gurunanak Pura, Mangal Bazar Road, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092. I serve you the notice as below mention circumstances:-

1. That my client have applied for a Flat / Unit (3BHK 2040 Square feet) at Supertech Supernova East vide application no. 3444 for Basic Rate @ Rs.8490/- per Square Feet (Rs. Eight Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Only).

2. That my client has given a Bank of India Cheque no. 000260 to Supertech Realtors Pvt. Ltd. Through ICON through Director/ Manager Mr. Durgesh / Ahmad.

3. That My client have been given a receipt no. 35571 Dated 4th Janaury 2012 against his booking of flat / unit no. 2108 at Supertech Supernova East by Supertech Realtors Pvt. Ltd..

4. That my client have booked a unit No. 2108 Unit Area 2040 Square Feet in Nova East, Sector 94 Noida.

5. That my client has given a Bank of India cheque no. 000260 Dated 28th December Amount 500000/- (Rs. Five Lac Only) to Supertech Realtors Pvt. Ltd.

6. That my client has told by Ms. Neha at Supertech Realtors Pvt. Ltd. that he has been allotted a C.R. No. 1054748 while talking at Supertech Realtors Pvt. Ltd. Customer Care Tollfree no. 18001037676.

7. That given cheque has not been presented from my client account till yet.

8. That my client has been told by ICON that one officer, Mr. Yogesh Goshwami, of Supertech Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is not carrying forward this application for his personal benefits and wrong intentions.

Therefore, I serve you this notice if you are not booking this unit / Flat than you pay the amount of the said transaction with compensation amount within 15 Days from the receipt of this Notice, falling which my client will be bound to take action in a competent court of Law against at your cost and consequence.
