Sir,

In June my employer tokk a life infurance policy in my name with premium to be paid on monthly basis (Deducted from my salary). The Policy No is 1200800594658. However I left the companysome time later and requested met Life to convert mde of paymet to yearly basis. The K G Marg, New Delhi branch adivsed me to come in June. I again approached tham in June as advised. They gave me some forms with out discussing any thing. I filled those and returned. After a week i received a communication stating that my request can not be exceeded to as I should come during aniversary. However, when Customer Care department contacted on phone to clarify as what is meaning of aniversary, every time reply given was June but due to their callous attitude and arrogant behaviour, they are not ready to accept the reality odf the situation and keep on repeating the it can be done aniversary forgetting that I had approached them in June and their KG Marg Branch rejected my request without assigning any valid reason. seeing the attitude and behaviour of this company, I dont want to continue any relationshp with the company and do not intend to develop any in future.

i may request you to look in the matter and see if I can get my money ba from this company and forget my relationship with the company as a bad dream.
