Not recived the PAN card

Dear Sir

I have applied for the Pan Card two times and i have got the pan no. on line but till now i have not recived the pand card. First i have given the my pernament address for 1st time apply

Adaresh nagar F Block Ballabgarh Faridabad Haryana and i have not recived that one on this address then i have change my job and then i apply on that address 5E-273 JNV Colony Bikaner and i have not recived but i am paying the income tax on the no. which i got on line pls tell me how can i got he my Pan card...

so please do needful in this regard
