Refusal to ply

Sir,

At 7.45 p.m. yesterday, March 18, I hailed autorickshaw MH 03 AK 310, who crossed the road to us in front of the Wellingdon Catholic Gymkhana, Khar Subway.

We sat in and asked the driver to go to Kalina. He refused, saying he wanted to go to Andheri.

I phoned the Vakola Police Station (26685236), who asked me to bring the rickshaw, but the driver refused to ply. Leaving his vehicle in the middle of the road, he walked away.

Please take appropriate action (Vakola Police say that this will be withdrawal of permit to ply).
