Refund of security deposit

I had applied for MHADA housing scheme for Sahakar Nagar, Chembur and Pratiksh Nagar, Sion vide application number 643370 and 643371 respectively. I have received the refund cheque for appication number 643370, but I have not received the refund cheque for application number 643371 (HDFC Bank Deposit no 307027) till date.

Also there is no provision in Mahada website where we can lodge a complaint about the same.
