We had taken a 10GB Reseller package from Manas Hosting Bangalore on April for a period of (2 1) year and had deposited Rs. 16, 100.00 in their account for the same.
We had registered few domains of our clients thru this reseller package since last year. From the last 20 days we are getting mails from Manas Hosting regarding suspension of our Reseller Account due to non payment. We get touch with their Technical/Sales/Billing Team since then but we did't get proper attention in this regard from Manas Hosting Technical/Billing Dept. till date.
In the mean time we had again deposited Rs. 1000.00 in Manas Hosting Account for renewal of one domain, instead of crediting our old Reseller Account they had created a new account and transfer the amount in the same.
From yesterday all the domains booked thru our Reseller Account has been blocked/not opening.
