Invalid IMEI

I bought an micromax x116 model in the month of september. In which i have placed the sim1 with Vodafone IN and sim2 with Tata Docomo today i have an message from sim2 Docomo as"Hi Your handset has an invalid IMEI. As per govt. guidelines calls from handsets with invalid IMEI'S will not be allowed." what is the necessary action should i take regarding the message. Will you please guide me
