Display not working properly

Dear sir

i purchase new handset micromax 250 for imei no 910001057351790 / date 27/09 from pali rajasthan. handset automatically display not work properly and display is shown black so i send to handset service centre for sharad electronic at jaipur .he told me that handset display is damaged but body is not broked and display is damaged how? i am not satisfied from micromax company handset . please help me. i wait for ur replay thanks for help me.
