I purchased a micromax mobile set X116. on its box, user guide it has clearly written the set has GPRS, MMS, WAP facility even on website it was clear mentioned before my complaint to them.

in reality the set has no such facility.

I informed the matter to the company, after some quary they informed it was a printingmistake. they have nothing to do it. The company has no responsebility for the set. So they will not take any step. or replace my set. (Here to inform HOW THE MISTAKE CAN BE EVERY WHERE EVEN THE USER GUIDE HAS DETAIL DESCRIPTION HOW THOSE FEATURES HAS TO BE USE)

I was also ill behaved by the company officials.
