Microsoft 30GB player
No delivery of product

I ordered the Zune 30 Gb mp4 player on 28/12/07 through their website and got the order number 110907968. I selected the mode of payment as "Draft pickup". As told to me through their helpline that the courier person will come and collect the draft within 3 working days from the day of my order. So i kept my draft readyof Rs 7490 (INR). BUT, he never came.

so i called them again and as expected i was given one more date to wait.

But all in vain and after around 15 days of wait, ihave to cancel my draft and paid the cancellation fees to the bank, i.e i lost around 100 bucks for nothing.

Later when i checked their website they were selling the same product somewhere around Rs.8090 and even Rs.13000.

I wonder if they want to sell their products, why do they give their advertisements on newspaper.

Waste of time and money.

and all my dreams of that masterpeice were shattered.

Damm!!!
