DEAR SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED MICROTEK UPS INVERTER FROM "SAINI ELECTRONICS", NYAY KHAND 1ST, INDRAPURAM, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH10, DATED 13.09.2010 OF RUPEES 15600/- WITH 3 YEARS WARRANTY OF BATTERY. BUT MY BATTERY (S.NO. U3615038691/ MODEL NO. - 36M MODELUPSEB636) IS DEFECTIVE BEFORE WARRANTY PERIOD.
SO I COMPLAINT TO MICROTEK CUSTOMER CARE ON 18.06.2012 (COMPLAIN NO. - 17816). AND I ALSO INTIMATED TO SHOP KEEPER.
THERE IS VERY BAD AND UNSATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM MICROTEK SERVICE. MICROTEK CUSTOMER CARE GAVE TWO PERSON MOBILE NO. NAMELY MR. PUSHPENDRA AND MR. GAURAV ARORA OF (09208574773, 931081390). WHO ARE CONTINUOUSLY MISGUIDING AND MISBEHAVING ON PHONE AND STILL NOT RESPONDING.
ADDITIONAL TO THAT I JUST WANT TO INFORM MY PERSONAL URGENCY REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT THAT MY WIFE IS PREGNANT AND IN GHAZIABAD APPROX. 8 HRS DAILY ELECTRICITY CUT IS THERE.
AFTER ONE WEEK MY FAMILY IS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL BLOCK AND HEATH ISSUES. BECAUSE OS THIS IGNORANCE OF MICROTEK.
IF MICROTEK HAVE GIVEN ME WARRANTY OF BATTERY, WHY THEY ARE NOT CHANGING IT IMMEDIATELY. AND STILL AFTER SO MANY CHECKS FROM COMPANY I AM STILL NOT GETTING RESPONSE AND MY BATTERY.
AS A CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY I AM APPEALING TO AUTHORITY KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM. AND PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AND PROPER CLAIM AGAINST THIS ISSUE.
