I am sorry to write to you that after so many compain to your service centre located in Kanpur nothing substancial hass been done except Executive vissiting my reseidence and making a false promise to revisit with the aforesaid lever. I am unable to use such an expensive oven.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and kindly make arrangement for the repair.
