WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

To whomso ever it may concern

My microwave is not working since30th march and i lodged a complaint with LG customer care at 04439010909.the technician came on 03.04.09, one mr.anbu. He said the bulb is gone and he will replace it on 06.04.09After that trhere was no response frpm anyone so i called again on 9th april and was tired of repeating my problem to every new customer care employee, no one knows anything there, all are useless and just know how to repeat the greeting like parrots. Then i spoke to mr. Kant who is the floor supervisor but he turned out to be more USELESS than the rest.he kept on promising that someone will cometoday but thatTODAY never came. Then finally today i called and asked to speak to someone with more responsibility, so they gave the phone to MR. SUBHASH who is the MANAGER CUSTOMER CARE and once again it was proved that no matter what the post is every employee of LG IS COMPLETELY USELESS.He assured that he would call back in 30 min but its been 4 hours now. So now i am finally writing to someone hoping that there is atleast someone who is of some use.

This is my last atempt at getting someone inLG to do something and after this i will lodge an official complaint with the higher authorities.
