Egarding non acceptance of single ralway wrrant for journy from gondia to patna via howrah

Sir,

In Gondia Reservation counter dealing staff is is not accepting the single journey railway warrant for journey from gondia to patna via howrah. According to him a single wrrant from gondia to patna can be issued only via TATANAGAR.While at other railway station such type or even same wrrant is issued without any objection. Sir journey from gondia to patna via Tatanagar is not suitable and also uncomfortable because there is only one train.
