Not received fo pan card

Sir,

I would like to infor that i have applied for PAN CARD on 05/11 named MILAN INDUSTRIES. till today i have not received the PAN NUMBER. I on behalf of my party want to bring to your notice that the party wants the PAN NUMBER for filing his INCOME TAX RETURNS and for NEW REGISTRATION IN SALES TAX.

so i want you to look in to the matter, and mail me that what`s the problem their and i have given the PAN application second time on 25/11, uptill i have not received nor the number nor the pan card.
