Sir, I want to surrender my telephone instrument because of veery bad service of tata indicaom. My name is Shashi kala Nigam residing at B-4/226 B Keshav puram, Delhi 110035 and my telephone number is 65182161. My intelephone instrument is not functioning since last one year. I have made many complaint and on my saying that I will surrender this phone the peerson on line said as you wish. Now I have new telephone connection of airtel and I want to surrender my tataindicom telephone. My request number for surrendering this phone is 200333607 dated 5/12. I am sorry to inform you that no action has been taken yet and they are trying to pursuade me to keep this phone. What will I do with two telephone instrument. I request you to take neccessary action and get them return my security as early as possible.
