Cooling capacity of Milton steel vac Flask is poo

Dear sir

I have bought two Milton Thermo Steel Flask 0.5L from Gupta Stationery Shop Phagwara, Punjab-144401 (mob. no. 9815490255) on 02/07. After some time I observed that the cooling capacity of one of them was not good. so I complained the shopkeeper. After some times the shopkeeper said that the main dealer of this product was not entertain the problem. I bought this product for my school going son.

So you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
