2 I LITRE FLASKS AND ONE 750ML FLASK FOR PRESENTING FOR PONGAL FESTIVAL. THE CONTENT WAS NOT MAINTAINING THE HEAT FOR EVEN TWO HOURS. I WAS MADE TO VISIT THE SHOP TWICE AND THREE PHONE CALLS. BUT THE WAY THE MANAGER TALKED MADE ME HURT SINCE THE SAME WAS PRESENTED AND RETURNED BY MY RELATIVES I FELT VERY BAD. ON 15/01 I PRESENTED IT TO MY RELATIVES AND ON 19/01 I WENT THE SHOP AND RETURNED THE SAME EXPALAINING THE DEFECT. BUT THE SALES GIRLS THERE REMEMBERED ME AND GOT THE SAME AND GAVE ME A SLIP FOR RECEIVING THE SAME AND WAS TOLD THAT MANAGER WAS OUTOF STATION AND HENCE THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK. BUT TILL 25/01 THERE WAS NO REPLY SO I MADE A CALL AND STILL THE MANAGER WAS NOT AVAILABLE THEY SAID. AGAIN I MADE A CALL ON 27/01 AND THE MANAGER TOLD THAT YOU SHOULD KEEP THE CONTENT INSIDE THE FLASK ALSO FULL. BUT I ASKED HIM HOW THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE ALL THE TIME AND ALSO WE WERE USING OTHER BRAND FLASKS WHICH RETAINS HEAT EVEN FOR 24 HOURS. BUT HE ARGUED A LOT AND WHILE TALKING HE DICONNECTED THE PHONE. AND AGAIN I CALLED HIM AND ASKED IS THIS THE WAY TO BEHAVE. HE TOLD ME COME ON SATURDAY IE.28/1 AND VERIFY THE PRODUCT. NEXT DAY AGAIN I WENT AT ABOUT 1.00 PM AND HE SHOWED THE WATER INSIDE THE FLASK BUT THAT WAS AT BERABLE HEAT ONLY. SUDDENLY HE SAID I WILL TALK TO THE OWNER AND GET YOU THE MONEYBACK AND SAID THAT EVEN IF I REPLACE YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED. HE WENT DOWN AND TOLD SOMETHING TO THE PERSON SITTING IN THE CASH COUNTER IN HINDI AND CALCULATED THE AMOUNT LESS 273/-. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE SAME, THE MANAGER TOLD YOU PURCHASED ON 25/12 “ UNDER SALE”. THIS HE TOLD REPETEADLY. ACTUALLY I MADE THE PAYMENT BY ICICI CARD AND THE CUSTOMER COPY WAS WITH ME. BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GIVE HAND WRITTEN BILL BUT THE SAME WAS NOT WITH ME. HE INSISTED THIS SEVERAL TIMES AND WENT TO THE CASH COUNTER AND SETTLED RS.2455/- HE DEDUCTED RS.273/- AS THE DISCOUNT HE HAD GIVEN HE SAID. BUT WHEN I PURCHASED THE PRICE WRITTEN ON THE FLASK WAS AFTER DISCOUNT HE SAID. THOUGH THEY SETTLED THE MONEY, I FEEL THAT IT IS NOT THE MONEY THAT MATTERS, BUT THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT IE. MILTON AND THE REPUTATION IT HAS. I ASKED THE MANAGER TO SENT THE FLASKS TO THE COMPANY BUT HE REFUSED TO DO THE SAME AND SETTLED THE AMOUNT OF RS.2455/. IMMEDIATELY.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER THE THERMO STEEL FLASK DOES NOT RETAIN THE HEAT IF IT IS NOT KEPT FULL. THEN WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF USING A THERMO FLASK? I WOULD BE HAPPY IF YOU CAN MAKE ENQUIRY WITH POPPAT JAMAL, ANNASALAI, CHENNAI. PHONE No.28523532, 28522213 ABOUT THE SAME AND LET ME KNOW THE REASON BEHIND THIS. WHETHER THIS TYPE OF PRODUCTS ARE DISPOSED THROUGH SALE? THE AMOUNT SPENT FOR AUTO FOR ME FOR THIS WAS 650/-. AFTER THIS BITTER EXPERIENCE I FEAR THAT I NEVER ENTER POPPAT JAMAL OR BUY MILTON PRODUCTS.
