The bank has not been sending / delivering the statement of account of my credit card bearing no 5415 3824 0456 2266 since the date of issuance of the card despite repeated request / reminders over phone and in writing. Due to non delivering of the statement of accounts, bank has been charging late fee and other financial charges. The practice adopted by the bank is quite illegal and unjust.
