MIP'98(V)-ARS Bond
Non receipt of ARS Bond

Dear Sir,

I have purchased MIP'98 (V) units on 18-1-199, in my name as above,

My Folio No. is 112192 0047594, Certificate no. 11299192 0047594,

as per my knowledge, Units were converted to ARS Bonds, Unfortuntely I have not

received Bonds. This might have happened due to change of my residence from one city to

another, now my new address is B-47, Hastinapuri Soc. Kishan Samosa Street, College Road,

Nadiad-dist. Kheda (Gujarat) PIN. 387 001.

It is also to add here that recently I have received Warrnt No.508746105 Dated 5-6,

for Rs.1237 /-i.e. Income Distribution on ARS bond, from above warrent my

Inv. ID/Folio No/DP /client ID is 219512406. I hope this shall be useful to solve my problem to trace the

origin of ARS Bonds. My one more request that, my Bank A/c.at my old city address i.e. Bhuj-kutch is

closed since years, I am resubmitting the warrent for issuing the same with my New bank A/c of

my present residence town. (I am sorry to inform that due to heavy earth quake in Bhuj We had

to leave our Home Town & now we resetelled in Nadiad-Dist. Kheda).

I hope there shall be no problem in solution of my application. Shall I expect reply thro' Email?
