Cycle stand charges

I parked my four wheeler in front of Miraj (416 410) railway station. A person in civil dress having no identity card gave me a ticket with all details hand written and charges Rs. 10/- for four wheeler parking hand written asked me for charges. When I demanded for Identity or contract or rate card by Railway, he refused to show and acted bad. Request you to clarify authorized car parking charges for Miraj railway Station. I have a scanned copy of ticket I paid for but can not send scanned image.
