Misbehaviour by the Branch Manager
Internet Banking facility denied

I opened a new Saving Account at the State Bank of India, Branch- Patel Nagar, Patna (Bihar). I am already using ATM and Cheque Book facility. My branch also provided the Internet Banking facility.

I approached the manager to avail the internet banking facility.

He denied me the facility on the ground that I was a student and thus unemployed with no source of income. There is no such rule. Internet banking facility is provided everywhere free of cost. The manager was also very rude in his conversation.

please assist me with suitable suggestion and with what can be done ligally.
