General ticekt counter - staff's misbehaviou

Dear Sir/Madam,

This peculiar incident happend to me yesterday (12th Feb) at around 7:00 PM in Thiruvanmiyur local train station in chennai, Tamilnadu. I went to take a general ticket for super fast train for 13th FEB (one day advance) from Chennai (MAS) to Samlkot (SLO). Right from the beginning I was telling the lady in the ticket counter that the travel is not for that day but for the next day (13th Feb). She was continuously talking to her collegue in the next counter while booking the ticket and nodded her head while I was telling my requirement. Then she handed over to me two tickets 1. local train ticket form Thiruvanmiyur to Parktown (which I never asked for) and 2. A super fast train ticket from MAS to SLO for 12th Feb.(I asked the ticket for 13th). I told the lady that I have been telling her to issue the ticket for 13th Feb and I never asked for a local ticket from Thiruvanmiyur to Parktown station. Then her collegue came supporting her and asking me to prove it with my next person in line. The guy told that I asked for the next days travel. Then this guy started telling that he is standing close to me (though he is a little far way in reality) and the person standing next to me is very far (I am surprised with this as this is totally untrue). The the reservation clerk advised his college saying " throw the ticket on his face and let him get it cancelled and get the new ticket in some other station" and started saying that I am fooling around in this station and also started scolding me. One more thing is that the original booking clerk then started asking this guy how to book the ticket for the next day (totally surprising). I asked him if any complaint register is avialble but he simply denied saying that I can complain to the central railway station in chennai. This kind of behaviour is totally uncalled for. I am not bothered about the 10 Rs that went waste in cancelling and re-issing hte general ticket but the way the person is bluntly supporting his collegue who was at her fault and started behaving impolitely. Please take some action against this kind of guyz so that passengers will have a more pleasant experience both at the coutners and in the journey.
